Terramor Parade of Play Homes Raffle Ticket Sales Comes to Close with Kid’s Cars Added to Drawing for Two Play Homes
In celebration of Terramor Homes’ 10 year anniversary, the company has dedicated the third and fourth quarters of 2017 to the Parade of Play Homes, 10 unique, personality-filled play homes built by the Terramor team.
$10 raffle tickets benefitting Duke Children’s Hospital and the YMCA of the Triangle are available per play home through midnight, December 17, 2017.
Duke Children’s, one of the two beneficiaries of the fundraiser, has donated a Disney Frozen Sleigh and a Kid Trax Ram Truck, courtesy of Walmart/Sam’s Club, to be raffled with two of the play homes at no additional cost. These two-seater, 12 volt, kid-friendly vehicles travel at 2.5 to 5 miles per hour.
On Sunday, December 17, Terramor Homes is hosting a Jingle and Mingle event at all area Terramor new home communities from noon to 4:00 PM. Play home tours will be available, milk and cookies will be served to families, and Santa will be making special guest appearances at Richmond Park in Durham, Siena in Wake Forest, Thornton Creek in Raleigh, and The Vineyards at Tuscany in Clayton. This will be a terrific opportunity to purchase $10 raffle tickets before the close of the raffle at midnight on Sunday night. Learn more about Terramor community locations at TerramorHomes.com.
Michelle Simms, Co-Owner of Terramor Homes, committed in late November that Terramor will MATCH all contributions made in December. “The Terramor team is very excited to be matching contributions from now until our drawing, in support of Duke Children’s Hospital and the YMCA of the Triangle,” says Simms. “This means that if you donate or purchase raffle tickets of any amount, from $10 to $500 or MORE, Terramor will match your contribution! What an amazing surprise a play home would be for any child in your life or neighborhood playground. This is the season for giving… We need your help to make this project a success. Let’s do it together! Thank you for your consideration in joining in our mission of giving back to the community.”
The Play Homes include a fire station, a kwik stop, a kid’s café, a lighthouse, a storybook cottage, a trailblazer, a clubhouse, a cottage, a farm house, and a home for star gazing. The Play Homes are on display at Terramor communities throughout the Triangle, with specific locations and directions found at WorkLivePlayGive.org. Donations and raffle ticket purchase for these play homes will be available through December 17, 2017 via WorkLivePlayGive.org, with the drawing for winners on December 18, 2017. Winners will be notified by phone and email, with free curbside delivery of the play homes within a 50 mile radius of the play home display location. See Rules and Regulations on WorkLivePlayGive.org for additional information.
Since the creation of Terramor Homes in 2007, it has grown from a two-associate, one-community company to an award-winning organization of over 50 associates that has built in 50+ communities throughout the Triangle for more than 1,000 happy home owners. With this remarkable growth, remarkable results have followed – Terramor consistently receives excellent homeowner feedback and low internal turnover rates throughout its communities in seven local towns and cities. This feat has required significant contribution from owners Pablo Reiter and Michelle Simms, as well as the entire Terramor Homes family who dedicate much time and thought into the company mission of providing exceptional homes throughout the area. This milestone inspired the Terramor Team to make an impact on the local community in a significant way.
