Level Homes Unveils 5401 North
Ric Rojas, President of Level Homes, is pleased to announce that the company is developing Wake County’s 5401 North, a 400 acre master-planned community located at I-540 and Highway 401 North. Fifteen Craftsman-inspired single family homes of 1,363 to 3,463 square feet are currently underway, with imminent occupancy availability. Upon completion, 5401 North will feature 1,800 homes, consisting of single family detached, single family attached, and luxury apartment homes. Neo-traditional front porches, side porches, balconies, and alley-loading garages will be found in homes throughout the community, reminiscent of Charleston and Low Country charm. Planned amenities include a community pool and clubhouse, an urban farm where local restaurants and homeowners can source their own vegetables, a Town Square, walking and biking trails, and pedestrian friendly streets. Additionally, plans for service retailers within the community are in progress, to include facilities such as a grocery store, a day care, shops, and restaurants.
“Our tagline for 5401 North is ‘not just a place to live, a place to live better,’” says Rojas. “’Our goal is to create a place where families and individuals can pursue diverse interests without ever leaving the community. We’ll have concerts and movie nights at our Urban Farm, and we’re working with Wake Tech Community College to establish a microbrewery where craft beer making classes can be taught. We’re also planning to coordinate cooking classes with vegetables grown from our community garden. Parents can walk their kids to River Bend Elementary School right here in the neighborhood, and River Bend Middle School, also in the neighborhood, will open in 2017; we’ve already brought in water and sewer lines for that property. North Raleigh Christian Academy and Rolesville High School are easily accessible, and Wake Tech is next door. We’re very excited about 5401 North, and we invite everyone interested to come see what we’re all about.”
A model unveiling was recently held at 5401 North for area Realtors to tour The Corolla, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath Level Homes’ model of 3,026 square feet. Megan Fry of Model Home Interiors was on hand at the event to review the ease of home personalization with DIY (Do It Yourself) projects in which buyers can customize their homes through front door colors, interior wall accent colors, lighting choices, and interior finishes. Standard features in The Corolla and all homes in the Level Homes’ Signature Collection include 10’ first floor and 9’ second floor ceilings, upgraded interior trim, hardwood flooring in first floor living areas, gourmet kitchens with stainless steel GE Profile kitchen appliances, semi-frameless shower enclosures in master baths, and an extensive energy efficient package that adheres to Environments for Living Gold Standards. The Signature Collection is available exclusively at 5401 North, further contributing to the unique character of the community.
Homes at 5401 North are primarily priced from the mid $300s.
